I run Gazella Limited, acting as your ‘plug and play’ virtual HR Director, either with your HR team or as your HR team, helping directors and management teams to deliver effective strategic and day-to-day HR, wherever and whenever it\'s needed. At Gazella, we\'re not about box ticking. We offer a full HR service to help you to get your people practices right, helping you to work your way through strategic and operational problems and opportunities and grow by being a great place to work - a place where people want to be. Using experience from careers in sales, operations, and HR senior management, we work for organisations as little as five to as large as 500 people, across manufacturing, retail, logistics & distribution, education and further education, IT, recruitment, the arts, care, industrial services and the public, charity and third sectors.
