I am a seasoned executive in the financial services industry with an extensive track record of building high performing teams and exceeding goals. My career has been spent navigating the complex U.S. regulatory environment to develop forward-thinking risk and growth strategies for top international banks. From launching one of the first alternative asset derivative products to designing successful cross-border compliance programs, I have optimized the performance of every organization I’ve worked. As a leader of the foreign banking community, I advocated for an integrated regulatory response in the aftermath of the 2007/8 financial crisis. Since then, I have been a thought leader on a range of policy debates engaging diverse stakeholders in the public and private sectors. I am a valuable resource on the future of global finance, including operational resilience, market volatility, cybersecurity and the risks and opportunities associated with the deployment of generative AI and other emerging technologies. A lawyer by training, I enjoy debating the nexus of innovation and regulation. I have made a name for myself in being able to anticipate legislative outcomes to successfully position global companies and their U.S. subsidiaries.
