I am a Sr. Utilities Engineer with WSP USA Solutions, where I utilize the skills that I obtained from the 33 years at NCDOT. Water and Sewer Engineering: I have designed relocations of water and sewer lines for a lot of the utility owners in NC. These have ranged from 2\" to 42\" water and 6\" to 54\" sanitary sewer. Utility Coordination: For NCDOT, I have managed of highway projects for the timely relocation of all types of utilities. ITS Electrical Design: With LBUS and WSP, I have designed miles of conduit and wiring for ITS devices through complex and tight roadway corridors.
