I am an audio-visual engineer who takes pride in my work. I believe that doing the job right the first time is priority # 1. Currently, I am responsible for the proper configuration, testing, calibration, functional completion and quality control of projects. I ensure customer\'s audio, video, electronic communications, and presentation systems equipment, are fully compliant with AVI Systems standards and project design specifications. I possess training to include industry & manufacturer specific principles. I work closely with AVI Systems project managers, design engineers and control system programmers to complete the planning, integration, testing, and customer acceptance of the assigned project within the time and budget parameters of the project. I act as the customer facing role for AVI Systems providing both oral and written business communications. My responsibilities include coordination of employees and/or sub-contractors assigned to install audiovisual projects. I implement and interpret the Company\'s policies and operating practices in the field. My supervisory responsibilities include assignment, scheduling, mentoring, coaching, developing leadership and directing work to the project team. If needed, I attend weekly and/or daily construction and/or team meetings; I address complaints and resolve problems or issues raised by team members and/or customers. In the past 12 years, I have been responsible for and involved with multiple projects.
