   Roger has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry with expertise in the global derivatives markets. He has a proven track record in managing people, growing sales, developing business, and establishing new relationships in the institutional, commercial, hedge fund, and managed futures segments of the industry. His strength is portfolio management and providing specialized execution services to CTAs and institutional clients including algorithm development and capital introduction. He has extensive knowledge of multiple trading platforms, information systems, and has traded over 140 futures and cash markets globally. Roger is responsible for heading up and building RCM’s 24 Hour Global Execution Operation. He designed and developed a Proprietary Order Management System (OMS) and Execution Management System (EMS) as well as the additional technological tools they encompass in order to effectively manage risk, order flow, execution, slippage, allocation, and reconciliation of client trades. Roger is also responsible for developing the \"brokers toolbox\" of execution algorithms provided to RCM clients of the 24 Hour Global Execution Operation.
