Your contract with bad dog security guarantees the following: Random checks by Bad Dog supervisors to ensure our officers are performing as expected-A surprise drop-in by the supervisor can happen at anytime and during any event- Availability and willingness of Bad Dog management to take comments and complaints on our service-If our officer’s action is unsatisfactory, we expect to hear about it immediately-Immediate correction of all service problems -If there was a misunderstanding, officers will be instructed to correct behavior and/or put on probation. Repetition of behavior will result in removal of the officer-Bad Dog Security’s management will be available to deal with scheduling issues including emergency situations-A supervisor is always available to handle any situation.Bad Dog Security is dedicated to training and supervising our staff to provide superior service to our client.Company HistoryBad Dog Security has been in the business of protecting for over ten years.
