Reporting to the Head of Finance and responsible for activities related to Commercial Finance, Revenue and Gross Margin, with the objective of supporting the Commercial VP and help develop the FP & A department of the company.• Structured and implemented the Deal Desk process, where all deals need to be analysed and approved by me to ensure all financial risks and details are correctly captured and accounted for.• Implemented Vena FP & A System for Revenue, Costs and Margin modules, allowing the company to move from Excel based models for a proper FP & A system managed Budget/Forecast process.• Developed revenue and margin template models to be used by the commercial in their negotiations, adapted for all revenue streams and product categories, allowing the company to be certain that price and margin defined by the Executive Team is being achieved in the negotiations.• Implemented a weekly revenue tracking process, using information from Salesforce and accounting to have a weekly forecast for revenue covering quarter and full year.• Developed the revenue forecasting model, which allows the Sales Directors and Executive Team to build projections and compare it with budget and previous periods.• Responsible for writing, analysing and support for all financial matters in the contracts with customers making sure all clauses match what have been agreed upon during negotiation stage.
