Building a custom home is a major financial and emotional decision. Many of my clients are making that decision from out of town, which makes trust, communication, and follow-through just as important as craftsmanship.I own and lead Choice Builders, a custom home builder in Southern Utah specializing in high-performance homes. My role is to guide clients through a complex process with clarity, discipline, and transparency so there are fewer surprises and better outcomes.I bring more than 30 years of leadership experience, including service as a Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and active duty in the U.S. Navy. That background shaped how I lead and build: calm under pressure, deliberate in decision-making, and focused on doing the right things the right way, even when it is harder.Our clients are supported by a team of experienced construction professionals who manage day-to-day execution in the field. I remain actively involved throughout the build, setting expectations, providing oversight, and staying engaged on decisions that matter. This structure gives clients both consistent leadership and a dedicated team focused on their home.I also share real-world building insight through my YouTube channel, Building a House with Choice Builders (@choicebuilders), where I walk through construction details, building science, and common homeowner questions.
