About Roger Stanton

Out of high school I knew I wanted to creatively construct spaces for people to enjoy. As a licensed architect I fell in love with repurposing and restoring spaces. As a project/program guy for the parks, I was provided the opportunity to grow into a strategic and adaptive project leader, skilled in aligning initiatives with organizational goals, managing complex stakeholder networks, and driving results through clarity and disciplined execution. I enhanced my risk intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and leading teams with emotional intelligence and resilience to deliver lasting impact. As a clinician, I partner with clients in fostering hope, healing, and meaningful change by building on my personal strengths and abilities. Using client-centered, strength-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, I help clients set clear goals and create actionable steps toward growth.I believe the foundation of effective therapy is the trust and respect built in the therapeutic relationship. As a facilitator of change, I support clients in exploring behaviors, beliefs, and life patterns, guiding them toward insight, fulfillment, and lasting transformation.It\'s never too late to reach out for help. Regardless of age, let\'s work together to build spaces in your soul that allow you to process through what is holding you back from your wellness. I\'m looking forward to meeting you!
