Roger has reunited with HOK as the design director for the Gulf Coast region. He started his career with HOK in the New York office, became design director of the Mexico City office, and then design principal of the Houston office. Roger leads collaborative, multidisciplinary design teams on projects in Dallas, Houston, Miami and Tampa. He is responsible for the quality and integrity of all architectural design delivered from the region. As a principal of the region, he assumes responsibility for client service and team performance.He led the design efforts for many of HOK’s most significant projects, including the award-winning King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia; 717 Texas Avenue (formerly the Hines Calpine Tower) in Houston; and the Block 256 Downtown Office Building in Houston.
