I have extensive municipal planning experience. During that time I handled a multitude of development proposals. I was fortunate to work and develop strong working relationships with both public and private stakeholders. I have developed a successful consulting business assisting clients in navigating through the entitlement and approval process for small and large residential, commercial and industrial projects from initial concepts through the building permit process.
