Mr. Schoeni has extensive civil trial experience in both state and federal courts. His practice areas include the prosecution and defense of products liability, employer intentional tort, sexual abuse, securities fraud, legal malpractice, construction defect and general personal injury claims, as well as commercial disputes involving breach of contract, unfair competition, and related matters. He also frequently is called upon to draft insurance coverage opinions and prosecute and/or defend declaratory judgment actions. He has also served as an expert witness in insurance litigation. Mr. Schoeni often relies on alternative methods of dispute resolution. He has experience as an arbitrator, a mediator and an advocate in private and court sanctioned arbitrations and mediations.He has also handled disputes submitted to the American Arbitration Association.
