About Roger Roediger
I didn’t set out with a grand career plan, just a desire to find a solid job with a good brand in a place I loved. I ended up raising my hand for challenges that felt worth solving, and those challenges turned into a career.I didn’t go to college until later in life. I wasn’t on a traditional path, and I still don’t think like someone who came up through the usual ranks. What I’ve learned along the way is that I’m built for the gray areas—the places where leadership, strategy, and operations meet. Where things are messy, I help organize them. Where teams need structure and purpose, I help bring it. Where vision needs execution, I’m the one who bridges the gap.I’ve led in consumer goods, branding and marketing, hospitality, SaaS, and public sector work. I’ve worked with founder-led companies, public firms, and PE-backed operations. I’ve managed people, built cultures, rewritten contracts, and rebuilt teams. I’m comfortable working behind the scenes to make the machine run smoothly, but I also know when to step forward and lead from the front.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all playbooks. Every organization is unique. Every team, every moment, every constraint—it all adds up to something new. I’ve learned that my job isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to be steady, flexible, and present—especially when things get hard.
