About Roger Perreault

With over 35 years of experience in the chemical, energy and LPG industry, I was recently the President and CEO of UGI Corporation, a leading distributor and marketer of energy products and services in North America and Europe. My core competencies include executive leadership, operational excellence, M&A, business strategy, and innovation. I have a Graduate Diploma in Management from McGill University and an Executive Development Program from INSEAD, one of the world\'s top business schools. I also speak four languages, including French, Spanish, and Portuguese, which enable me to communicate effectively with our diverse and international stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers, shareholders, employees, and communities, while advancing the transition to a low-carbon economy. As the President and CEO, I oversaw the strategic direction, growth, and performance of UGI Corporation and its subsidiaries, including UGI International and AmeriGas, the largest retail propane company in the US. I also led the global LPG business unit, which operates in 17 countries and serves over 10 million customers. Under my leadership, UGI Corporation achieved multiple milestones, such as acquiring and integrating several LPG businesses, expanding our renewable energy portfolio, enhancing our operational efficiency and safety, and increasing our ESG commitments and reporting. I was proud to be part of a team that is driven by excellence, innovation, and sustainability, and I look forward to continuing to shape the future of the energy, industrial gases, chemicals and the LPG industry.
