Following a 20 year career in oil and gas operations, international business development, and executive management with a major international oil and gas company, he has served as Consulting Practice leader at three large international oil and gas consulting companies and as the founding or co-founding Managing Partner of two independent, international consulting firms.For more than 42 years, he has advised private, public and government clients on oil and gas projects that have covered of a full spectrum of onshore and offshore upstream energy projects and midstream energy projects - including field development planning, licensing bid round analysis, wellsite management, drilling operations, field operations, unconventional geology, horizontal drilling, frac design, reserve determinations, portfolio valuations, LNG liquefaction terminals, LNG terminals, natural gas markets, oil and gas contract negotiations, project development, technical and financial due diligence, and strategic management advisory services. An expert in the domestic and international oil and gas industry, Mr. Neal has led the exploration and production international new ventures teams for a major integrated major oil and gas company.
