I lead the development of laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery particularly for colorectal surgery locally, nationally and internationally and have built a team of skilled laparoscopic surgeons and nurses. In 2011 The ICENI Centre moved in to new purpose built premises to further develop training, research and development across a broad range of surgical specialties
