Our team supports various business lines across the IB, with a focus on rates & credit- We review complex trades for structured notes, interest rate derivatives, SPV repacks, and secured financing (loans & repo) to ensure risk is accurately booked- We run ongoing trade controls and manage lifecycle events, including portfolio substitutions, CSA margining, and early redemptions- We work with all internal teams, external custodians and agents to ensure timely issuance of trades and resolution of queries- We act as a hub of expertise to assist the wider teams in the IB on any operational issues with complex transactions

The Complex Transaction Management team at UBS have a wide range of experience across different areas of IB operations.
