About Roger Ingles
As the Executive Director of Executive Management Partners Consulting, I have 10 years experience in consulting team development and program evaluations and 35 years of experience in athletic administration and coaching at various levels. I founded EMP Consulting to help businesses, colleges and universities navigate and solve their challenges in the changing landscape of college sports, with a focus on their mission and priorities. I specialize in helping recruit, evaluate and conduct professional searches and program evaluations. One of my core competencies is my expertise in NIL (name, image, and likeness), which is a new and emerging field that requires strategic guidance and best practices. I partner with Arena NIL, a leading NIL platform, to provide consultation and education to athletic programs on how to maximize the benefits and opportunities of NIL for their student-athletes and institutions. I co-host a podcast called 42 Sports Talk, where I discuss current issues and trends in college sports along with lessons learned through athletics with former athletes and industry experts.
