Directed a three employee team of architects. Managed workload and performed design quality control reviews on design projects. • Schematic design, design development, and construction documentation as lead design and project architect using AutoCAD, and construction administration for existing renovation and new construction federal MILCON (military construction) and civil works projects. Projects include a new construction S.F. shipping and receiving facility and a 1,665 S.F. vehicle maintenance facility for Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) and a new construction S.F. military vehicle storage and maintenance facility. • Wrote design build RFP’s for U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) existing renovation and new construction projects. • Performed surveys and created as-built drawings in AutoCAD and Revit of existing IT facilities on military installations for Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) through the Power Reliability Enhancement Program (PREP). • Served as engineering branch POC (point of contact) for USGBC (United States Green Building Council) LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and GBI (Green Building Initiative).• Certified Acquisition Professional, Level in Facilities Engineering (successful completion of ACQ 101, FE 201, and FE 302 courses).
