Responsible for delivering large and complex IT Projects & Programmes, predominantly in Central Government. Reporting directly to the Head of PPM; assigned as the Netcompany Delivery Lead for the Policing Portfolio, collaborating with the client to manage new business requirements and formalising contractual/governance arrangements for resources deployed across transformation programmes. This also involves working with client to develop/agree requirements pipeline. Lead Delivery Manager of a new to market Identity Access and Management (IAM) application and Cloud infrastructure solution that provides a centralised authentication and authorisation service used by all UK Police Forces and Non-Policing Organisations. Working with National Policing Applications to integrate them with the new to market product as well as onboarding Police Forces & its users to the Service.
