I am a founding partner of the Transformation Lab, or T-Lab as we affectionately call it - an engaged community of transformation professionals with extensive experience of successfully navigating change across diverse companies and cultures worldwide. I lead our work focused on empowering people and organisations to embrace change and transformation with confidence and resilience, to ensure they thrive in fast changing environments.

With over two decades of experience as a senior leader in leading multinationals, I specialise in transformation, strategy, and team dynamics, particularly for FTSE companies and am dedicated to driving cultural transformation, with empathy, energy and a genuine commitment to sustainable growth. My aim is to always bring out the best in people and organisations.I truly believe strong leadership and collaborative teams are not just ideals—they’re essential. 75% of cross-functional teams face dysfunction, and many top-tier teams aren’t realising their full potential. My certifications in transformation coaching (McKinsey Aberkyn, iPEC, ICAgile) and leadership assessments (Insights Discovery, Leadership Circle) enhance my practical experience, enabling me to approach complex challenges with both strategic insight and tactical precision. I like to focus on building internal capabilities - promoting ongoing learning and fostering resilience to achieve meaningful change. Outside of work, I am a passionate hockey coach and player, coaching from U13s to seniors at club, county, and regional levels. As an Masters World Cup winner, I bring a focus on belonging, performance, and communication from the field to the workplace, and continue to develop my teamwork skills and my passion for mentoring emerging talent.Whether guiding a team through change or mentoring individuals, my goal is to inspire, empower, and help others reach their potential.
