BA lead for the transition from a third-party material forecasting to in-house, utilising SaaS (Syncron), CMMS (IBM Maximo), and SAP. I produced a BRD, FRD, use case specification and developed the ITT and evaluation document. I planned UAT producing BAU handover docs.BA / PM for a WMS implementation across two new sites, replacing one 3PL. The project encompassing interfaces and process change with a CMMS and SAP. The WMS is part of a bespoke in-house solution using IBM Maximo, requiring additional functionality to pick, pack and despatch. A team based in Germany created the design solution, based on the MoSCoW and use cases, further developing the app to cater for repair loops depots through 2 warehouses to the vendor.The material forecasting solution has been designed to allow for two main warehouses (siblings) being refilled from vendors based on historic consumption and scheduled material, from upcoming events.BA for the integration of the SaaS material solution with an in-house developed maintenance event planner. Creating user stories and process flows, I ensured the business needs were met and To-Be process changes were designed.BA / PM for an interface between a public sector client and in-house systems. I produced a use case specification for approval and benefits realisation documents. I have managed the planning, resource allocation and budget from definition to design phases.Digital solutions BA, working in a team to optimise systems use and reduce excel use in a manufacturing plant. By running discovery / requirement workshops and producing SIPOC’s to document system processes and opportunities. Running sprint workshops, bringing together all stakeholders to map and visualise manufacturing data. The BA role for Siemens Mobility Digital Solutions is wide ranging and began when I started in March 2021. I have introduced business requirements documents (BRD), business process mapping
