   2015-PRESENT: Establishing and renewing partnerships and trust in relationships with the public in the Tulsa County Sheriff\'s Office. Developed and maintains a network of communications in Homeland Security matters with federal, tribal, and state agencies. These partnerships places the Tulsa County Sheriff\'s Office in a more pro-active position to support public safety interests in the Tulsa County region and the State of Oklahoma. 20••••15: RAVEN Air Support Unit Program manager for the Tulsa County Sheriff\'s regional aviation enforcement (RAVEN) project. Position required coordinating, scheduling, and risk management for the unit to fly regional law enforcement missions for multiple federal, tribal, state, county, and metro agencies within northeaster Oklahoma. Develops and maintains aviation policies, procedures, flight training, flight & ground safety programs and budgets. The development of aviation partnerships between TCSO and federal, tribal, state and local agencies is the key to the success of the RAVEN program.19••••13: Reserve Tulsa Police Officer / Reserve Tulsa County Sheriff Deputy.
