ABOUT ROGER COUND

Roger is an experienced senior project manager and business architect, with a track record of delivering enterprise solutions – SAP, Baan, Oracle ERP, CRM, eCommerce & Bi initiatives. He has over 10 years of SAP delivery management experience.He has worked in both end user and consulting environments to deliver business solutions and over the past few years has been responsible for the selection and introduction of Off-Shore project delivery. His last two engagements have consisted of a complex enterprise solution cloud programme and a hybrid cloud on premise enterprise solution programme.During his career Roger has led numerous programmes and projects ranging from single work stream projects to complex multi-stream, multi-national enterprise solution implementations. His strong technical base gives a firm understanding of any project issues from coding to hardware. His ability to transform business requirements into detailed system solutions enables him to bridge the gap between business desire and system capability. He was worked within a number of business sectors including FMCG, Telecoms, Media and Hi-Tech.Roger has been involved with a number of small to medium enterprises that over the years have developed a bespoke IT landscape with little or no integration. He has led these organisations to align both business practice and IT solutions to enable more efficient and cost effective solutions for the business.Roger complements his programme and project delivery experience with operational leadership with strategic IT infrastructure development experience. He has been responsible for the definition and delivery of IT strategy, ensuring IT processes, team leadership and overall portfolio delivery management are aligned to the evolving demands of the business operation.Currently Roger is acting as a Freelance Consultant within the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors.
