Single point of contact for multiple clients using BeBanjo\'s VOD scheduling, workflow management and media catalog products-Leading regular client meetings to provide updates on ongoing projects, outstanding issues, details of the BeBanjo product roadmap and providing performance metrics-Understanding and documenting client requirements in order to provide solution designs for software development changes to meet the business\' needs-Working with Technical Leads in software development to get estimations of effort to deploy configuration changes and integrations with the BeBanjo\'s products-Project management of software development changes; ensuring that solutions have been approved ahead of development effort being assigned, clients are kept up to date of progress and User Acceptance Testing is carried out before changes are released-Helping to grow BeBanjo\'s products as a leading tool within the media industry by providing the Product team with insight into client workflows and behaviours-Supporting the the Sales team in winning new business by providing demos and contributing technical detail in proposals for prospective clients-Working with our clients\' other vendors to ensure that the BeBanjo product acts as an integral part to the overall system architecture-Generating monthly invoices to ongoing software license fees and professional services fees for software development.
