Millersville University is one of the fourteen institutions that comprise the Pennsylvania System of Higher Education (PASSHE). Founded in 1855, Millersville University is a comprehensive, regional public institution of higher education with a selective admissions and larger graduate program. Located in the county of Lancaster, Millersville University serves over 8,500 students on the undergraduate and graduate level. Millersville University has been rated one of the top public institutions in the Northeast United States year after year by leading magazine and ranking entities. This position has responsibility for: accounting, auditing, budgeting, internal control, payroll, contract and grants accounting, bursar, procurement, printing and duplicating, risk management, insurance, construction management and planning, maintenance of all facilities, self operating dining services, conference and events, human resources and labor relations (seven unions), sustainability, and oversight of the PASSHE Marine Science Consortium. The University has over employees with and operating budget of over $135 million. Additional liaison responsibilities include local government and zone commission, Board of Governors, staff support to the Council of Trustees Resources Committee, System Vice President and liaison to all PASSHE Information Technology committees and etc. Effective February 15, 2013, the Information Technology Division and the Library have been transferred under my supervision. The Vice President of Information Resources resigned and took a position at the University of Virginia. When the new President arrived in April of 2013, it was determined that Information Technology would be permanently assigned to my Vice President position. Currently I am holding both the Chief Fiscal Officer and Chief Information Officer positions.

ABOUT ROGER BRUSZEWSKI
I have worked in higher education for over 40 years in a variety of positions. His first decade was in small private colleges as a faculty member, Chair of the Division of Business Commerce, and CIO. In the last two decades, Roger has worked in public higher education in Maryland and Pennsylvania as a Vice President for Finance and Administration. During these years, Roger has worked as a consultant and made presentations at SACUBO, NACUBO, Tradelines, CAUSE, and many other organizations/conferences. He has been active member on local, national and state boards dealing with all types of higher education issues. Currently, Roger services on NACUBO Board and several local committees. He resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife Patricia. I retired as the Vice President for Finance and Administration at Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has responsibility for: accounting, auditing, budgeting, internal control, payroll, contract and grants accounting, bursar, procurement, printing and duplicating, risk management, insurance, information technology, construction management and planning, maintenance of all facilities, self operating dining services, conference and events, human resources and labor relations (seven unions), sustainability, and oversight of the PASSHE Marine Science Consortium.
