RAN Integration Engineer (Remote)ANSCO LLC / AT & T – Multiple Markets (Ericsson & Nokia Equipment)September 2024 – Present • Perform configuration and remote integration of Ericsson radios (4490, 4478, 4415, 4480, AIR 6619) and antenna systems as part of the nationwide modernization project transitioning from Nokia to Ericsson. • Develop and execute RET scripts to ensure precise electrical tilt control and optimal antenna alignment across multiple cellular sites. • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RAN performance issues, including PIM, RSSI, VSWR, MIMO configuration, and RET failures. • Diagnose and resolve fiber connectivity issues, including SFP mismatches, power loss, and latency caused by fiber degradation. • Execute end-to-end integration and commissioning of LTE and 5G cell sites, ensuring proper configuration, alarm clearance, and compliance with AT & T engineering standards. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction and field operations, to ensure site readiness and timely delivery of RAN network elements.
