Manage a team of 8 electromechanics working on shift basis ensuring 5 packaging line from SIDEL, KRONES.(to package more than 20 plastic bottle SKU of mineral water) are running smoothly including utilities; and 5 lines of injection (Hysky) producing Preforms and plastic crown.Manage a team of 7 mechanic and electrician on day shift to ensure all Preventive maintenance task are fulfill from utilities, injection lines, packaging lines, Fire station, effluent treatment plant, building facilities Throughout OPTIMAIN system.Put in place an RCM process and build a breakdown correction system including OEM remote support.Establish all Maintenance KPI.

I am also a Finance MBA from ESSEC DOUALA, Member of the beer tasting panel of GCSA and have been certify by Flavor Active Company as Beer Taster.
