Professional Experience: Rogan graduated from the University of Georgia\'s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in May of 2022. Passing this major milestone, Rogan felt it would be beneficial to relocate to the triangle area and begin his next journey in life, paralleling when his family first immigrated to Atlanta, Georgia from Cape Town, South Africa. He began his career at MidStreet M&A, a business brokerage firm specializing in manufacturing, business services, and home services companies in the lower middle market. During his time with MidStreet, he assisted in transactions ranging up to $30 million in transaction value while specializing in financial analysis, business valuation, and transaction due diligence. He actively contributed to the MidStreet team and helped implement and develop new tools and operating procedures to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and centralize access to critical reports and data needed by upper management. Rogan transitioned into becoming a Financial Analyst with Coty Inc. in 2023. After a wonderful year of significant growth, he will be pursuing a Master of Accounting degree to set himself up for success in the field.
