Assigned to Meta with following responsibilities:* Provision network interconnections, from LOA/CFA for Dark Fibres and OOB circuits.* Reviewing Scopes and ODTR traces to determine reflectance and losses are within specification.* Updating internal database for MACD of Circuit connections* Conduct Site audits to ensure data integrity for Circuits and Cross connects* Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes * Liaise with CSM/Account managers to get quotes and orders for power feeds, rack foot prints, ISP and Metro structured cabling * Diagnose faults using OTDRs for reflectance and loss issues with cross connects and dark fibre circuits and working with vendors and field engineers to get remediate.* Working with Internal engineers on migrations and optical network moves to define new connectivity and get delivered* Track cross connects and Direct connections, start and delivery times, along with issues to report at vendor business review meetings.* Having weekly Vendor meetings to escalate issues to deliver faster turn around time with major vendors * Mentor staff members* Working with legal team, Project managers, Operations and deployment teams to give updates on delivery status, issues anytime to fix* Validating dark fibre vendor delivery handover documentation from which data is extracted to update internal systems with circuit information and demarcs, to produce diagrams for field engineers.* Create internal Handover package for Operations team, on completion of a fibre routes, which include the design package, racks, equipment locations, IP addresses, device names, connectivity path, test results, and diagrams.* Manage the delivery of internet circuits.Ensuring delivered on time with all IPV4, IPV6, vendor HO docs and arranging cross connects.* Arranging for physical decomming of equipment and inventory list and updating databases* Ensuring project actions are delivered and inline with schedule, tracking cause of slippages
