About Roel Yambao
I spent 20 years leading operations for one of the nation’s largest healthcare foundations, helping raise more than $438 million over that time, including $274 million during my tenure as Chief Operating Officer. During that period, we grew annual philanthropic revenue from roughly $12 million to more than $25 million while building the systems, teams, and infrastructure to sustain that growth. My work sat at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning vision into disciplined, repeatable results. I led enterprise operations across marketing, donor relations, data, events, and administrative functions, partnering closely with hospital CEOs, physicians, and board leadership. I also helped lead a multi-year digital transformation that increased online conversion by more than 300 percent and supported consistent year over year growth.
