ABOUT HENRY RODRIGUEZ
Henry Rodriguez serves as the Founding Director of the Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research and is a member of the Senior Leadership team at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health. Recently, he served as Assistant Director for Strategic Health and Cancer Science in the Executive Office of the President at the White House. A cell and molecular biologist with a background in business, Dr. Rodriguez has dedicated his career to advancing biomedical research in both basic and clinical science. His work focuses on developing diagnostics and therapies, as well as on advancing measurement science and standards. Dr. Rodriguez leads the National Cancer Institute\'s direction for precision medicine using multi-omics (proteomics/genomics) strategies in cancer research and clinical trials. During his tenure at the White House, projects included the reignition of the President\'s Cancer Moonshot, the launch of ARPA-H, and the modernization of clinical trials. Dr. Rodriguez has authored over 150 original research papers and co-edited a best-selling book on oxidative stress and aging.
