ABOUT RODRIGO M.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most renowned names in São Paulo’s cultural scene, coordinating and supervising a diverse range of events, shows, and festivals. I’ve served as Executive Producer for the Ballet of the City of São Paulo at the Theatro Municipal, supported the team at MASP as Personnel Coordinator’s Assistant and Event Technical Supervisor, produced for the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP), and coordinated agendas and productions at Centro Cultural São Paulo (CCSP). In 2019, I transitioned into the customer care field, joining Opteven’s UK and European Customer department as a Call Agent. This experience allowed me to expand my professional toolkit and develop a passion for customer experience and team leadership. Today, I’m proud to work as a Team Manager, where I get to lead, learn, and grow every day. Music has always been a significant part of my life. I hold a degree in Classical Guitar Performance, won a music competition in Canada at 18, and have studied under some of the most respected figures in the classical guitar world. I’m also the co-founder and guitarist of the progressive metalcore band Neura, where I contribute with the composition, recording, and pre-production of our songs. Alongside my bandmates, I manage various aspects of the band’s direction, from creative decisions to logistical planning.
