I help early-stage biotech and established pharma companies develop scalable, regulatory-aligned drug products from concept to clinical.My background includes early formulation development (R&D), tech transfer and clinical manufacturing (GMP), mostly of inhaled drug products, by spray drying, micronization, and high-pressure homogenization. A quality by design (QbD) approach together with statistics and first principles-based experiment designs and models allow me to confidently make informed decisions and recommendations that are critical in product development.I headed Micro-Sphere\'s R&D department launch, from logistics, to leading 20+ formulation development campaigns as a scientist (ASDs, inhalation and nasal powders, nano-in-micro agglomerates, nutraceuticals, etc.). I have also developed standard methodologies and thermodynamic/statistical models; engaged in a task force to enable OEB-5 compounds\' handling; managed a >$100k CAPEX budget; established 3 industry and academia collaborations; conducted business intel and presented at conferences globally.At Hovione I developed work in the co-micronization space from conceptualization to a patent application, developing skills in literature and IP reviewing, experiment design,>10 analytical methods, statistical data analysis, results communication and patent writing. I also enrolled in a PhD program related to data correlation in the field of continuous tableting, which I dropped out of when I moved to Switzerland.Challenges are my driving
