Conduct thorough investigations, resolve issues, and report on all outcomes, adhering to company policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal laws- Assess organizational capabilities and identify skill gaps in key roles- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Recommend best practices and policies to maintain compliance- Advise business leadership on organizational design that will enable the business to scale and operate effectively- Provide weekly status reports to executive leaders regarding HR initiatives and talent needs- Maintain appropriate records and file the annual EEO-1 report.
