I enable our salespeople to be the best in the world! My passion is developing world-class training to equip our sales and customer success members with knowledge and tools to help them in their day-to-day roles. Developing that training starts with research. Researching the different ways individuals grasp and retain information helps me create easily-absorbable and enjoyable content. That content is pushed through different delivery methods: audio files, animated or live videos, games, assessments, curriculums, podcasts, and more. Also in conjunction with developing training, I’m the head administrator of our Learning Management System. This is the engine that delivers those trainings to the entire company. I create curriculums, collaborative groups, reports, and many other necessities to help the entire company succeed. Knowledge is potential, but knowledge with execution is power.
