Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Planning, and Production to drive execution from proposal through final delivery.Key Responsibilities:•REQ/PO Lifecycle Management: Own strategy and pacing for material placement toward production and financial milestones; manage hardware flow across shipsets and kits.•Supplier Risk & Readiness: Lead mitigation efforts for drawing issues, inspections, reworks, RMAs, and legacy part transfers; coordinate with SQE and Category Managers.•Control Account Management (CAM): Support EAC & ETC updates, BOE development, proposal inputs, and subcontractor material readiness; maintain alignment to program baselines.•Cross-Site Collaboration: Align MO release schedules, engineering updates, and part transfers across Philadelphia and Anaheim sites; validate demand accuracy in Costpoint.•Reporting & Escalation: Develop and manage trackers and dashboards to support IPTs, status reviews, and risk burndown efforts across operations, engineering, and finance.•Process Improvement: Drive clean up of material demand, Costpoint misalignment, and inspection bottlenecks while supporting future state improvements for material flow visibility and kickoff processes.
