   As a Senior Advisor, I research and highlight new recruitment budget needs to build new campus strategies while obtaining approval from the TA Manager, HRLT, VP of Social Impact, and SVP of HR. Leveraging my key expertise, I plan and deliver \"Recruiter Forum” as a platform to train more than 100 recruiters within businesses to prepare for campus fairs in the fall. Furthermore, I define, devise, and execute new company-wide campus engagement strategies to acquire top talent. Applying my effective communication skills, I liaise with LRs, Philips 66 Leaderships, University Foundation Partners, and fellow members about BT changes and converse reason of disengaging funding from hiring procedures and moving to social impact group. Key Accomplishments: Developed curriculum using student market data, comp/benefits, best practices, and P66 strategies to communicate with students about the energy industry and energy transition careers. Created and delivered change management communications for lead recruiters, HRLT, and HRBPs. Encouraged internal team members’ participation in the campus hiring process by designing new Lead Recruiter Application process and determining wavering roles by collecting data from current leads. Identified needs and provided guidance and training to team members to perform assigned tasks; supported supervisor in accomplishing routine duties and leading the “Early Career” team.
