I am currently coordinating daily operations and ongoing business development for the various businesses under the La Sala banner - La Sala Puerto Banus, La Sala by the Sala, Oak Garden & Grill- with key responsibilities including:• Enhancing and refining the target operating model (TOM) in line with overall brand identify• Providing visible leadership and support to staff at each location• Ensuring staff understand their responsibilities and the service standards of the La Sala brand• Contributing to senior decision making and implementing a cohesive and profitable growth strategy• Developing and implementing new service, marketing, HR, stock management and supply processes• Tailoring processes to the target market and financial targets of each business• Analysing the P&L to assess potential sales and pro-actively identify potential cost control measures• Remaining aware of market trends to ensure La Sala stays at the forefront of high class hospitality
