As a coach certified in Lean Startup and trained in humanist psychology, I help entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and startups in my own way: I bet on people! I rely on the approach of behavioral agility to help change limited mental schemes into successful ones. So my job is to reveal the best behaviors to improve people effectiveness. In that manner I propose to build the organization based on both result-oriented and feeling-good approaches. Studies and my humble experience show that this two approaches combined together feed each other to lead to sure and sustainable success. So I work on people behaviors, human organizations and sustainable business models. Furthermore I design and manage the learning and coaching approach at the Intrapreneurs Studio of Orange Group: an incubation program and a place for employees to innovate.For more than fifteen years, I have led high-stakes missions in change management and innovative product development in big companies. A rewarding experience that led me to my next job: to coach managers and intra/entrepreneurs, to help them provide the best experience and explore new business and learning organization models.
