I am curious and passionate about engaging with people. Throughout my journey in Supply Chain I\'ve orchestrated cross-functional collaborations with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Development, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal amongst others, creating mutual trust to build consensus solutions that consistently meet the organization targets and customer needs. Experience has shown me this is an effective and efficient way to deliver sustainable business outcomes.My ability to simplify complex concepts, coupled with an analytic mindset, has also enabled me to shape effective supply chain strategies and influence decision-making. With a track record in Make or Buy, Go-to Launch, and Sales & Operations Planning.One illustrative example: imagine a brand that increased sales by 20 million USD while its production capacity was heavily constrained. How was it enabled? Through a close partnership and alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance functions on scenarios to allocate available goods, tight monitoring of the production output, and regular feedback loop and communication across the organization, up to the executive level.
