I am a results-driven Industrial Engineer with an extensive background in Operations and Project Management. Currently, I hold a pivotal role at SumUp, a global Fintech leader that is revolutionizing the landscape of financial services solutions for small businesses.My journey, starting from my B.Sc. degree and encompassing diverse roles in operations, product development, technical sales and business management, has allowed me to accumulate a rich and versatile skills set. From mastering data analysis to orchestrating intricate project planning and execution, I thrive on tackling challenges head-on.My career has been marked by dynamic shifts in responsibilities, from working independently to leading high-performing teams and overseeing operational units comprising 50+ members. Yet, my most rewarding endeavor is unfolding right now: spearheading the inception and growth of SumUp banking operations across Europe and LatAm.In summary- Pioneering operations on a global scale, enabling banking services across 20+ countries and 8 clearing currencies- Venturing into additional Financial Services products, such as card issuing- Managing an expansive scope, encompassing plastics logistics, clearing and settlement processes, KYC, risk & fraud, chargeback management, customer services, cost controlling, reconciliation, regulatory and scheme compliance, and business operations- Nurturing and developing team members\' talent- Achieving high throughput within a rapidly expanding environment.Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a deep passion for sports, exemplified by my completion of the 2019 Berlin Marathon.
