In my most recent challenge, I am responsible for the overall project management and coordination of the new mineral processing plants, located within a mining concession focused on bringing a historic mine back into production. This mine, which extracts strategic minerals such as fluorspar, galena, and rare earths, is essential for meeting the demands of the modern and sustainable world. My role involves overseeing the entire project life cycle, from the initial design, engineering management, procurement & import, assembly, testing, and commissioning. A key aspect of my responsibilities is interfacing with both international and national suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and integration of all efforts. I act as the central point of coordination, aligning the various stakeholders and resources to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the project.Main projects- new crushing plant- new concentration plant- relocation and revamping of back filling plant
