   As VP and Country Mgr for the Imaging and Printing Group, I was instrumental in creating a new country (MCA) within the Americas’ organization. As leader of MCA –region that encompasses 40+ countries and sub regions in Latin America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean- I am responsible for $1.1B in yearly sales. MCA represents 46% of total Sales in Latin America (the other 54% is delivered by Brazil and Mexico).Reporting directing to me there are 4 GBUs/GTMUs (Global Business Units / Go-To-Market Units) and 5 Country managers with their respective organizations. On a dotted line, other areas such as as HR, Controllership, Finance, Logistics and Post-sales support among others. This is a direct structure of 189 people, 3 managing directors and 6 subsidiaries established in 6 countries.Since the creation of the country under the Americas’ new model, we delivered unsurpassed results in sales, GM and unsurpassed Market share in every country within MCA. We reformed the warranty support structure, streamlining the resources, reducing 50% our costs and increasing Customer Satisfaction Levels in almost 40 points.Fully accountable for the P&L of the region, I consistently delivered and surpassed our targets for 13 consecutive quarters. This is the most solid group and team ever managed MCA, becoming the 2nd fastest growing country in the world during FY 11.In parallel with my duties, in 2009 I was appointed as Mexico’s interim country manager while a local resource was hired.
