Manage a Team of 8-10 engineers: coaching and mentoring, building career development plans and conducting quarterly performance reviews. Lead hiring processes for new engineers joining the team- Manage the SDLC: pre-planning, grooming, poker planning, sprint planning and sprint execution- Lead one of the most important teams in Sunshine Conversations, building new features and maintaining integrations with the main communication channels of Zendesk product suite.(Webhooks, SDKs, WA, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)- My team worked in partnership with Meta (Facebook) to test and release WhatsApp Cloud API project- Work proactively with Product Managers and designers to define and prioritize the product roadmap, yearly and quarterly- Estimate effort and goals according to the capacity of the team, including product development, product support, reliability and stability, open escalations and undergoing incidents- Solve problems at team level, including people, technical, process and business- Manage multiple streams of work: including projects, escalations, customer’s questions, bugs and enhancements, remediation items and third party and internal teams’ requirements- Conduct and prepare product reviews, present reports for the stakeholders about KPI and SLA metrics.
