I am a Certified ScrumMaster that has worked on Scrum Teams in the roles of a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Business Analysis over the last 7 years. I recently finished working as a Technical Requirements Analyst on the VA Benefits Integrated Platform (BIP) where I currently possess my Public Trust clearance and an active PIV card. I have more than 20 years of IT experience which includes 15 years’ experience in software development in the Government sector (VA, DoD, DoT, USCIS and Federal Reserve Bank). I also have 5 years of software development in the Private sector (Capital One and Lumenos) focused on the Banking and the Healthcare fields. I am currently developing experience in configuration and administration of ServiceNow and Salesforce.
