As a finance graduate from St. John\'s University, I have a passion for real estate and a drive to learn from the best in the industry. I am currently a Portfolio Underwriter II at PNC Real Estate, where I assist in managing a portfolio of over $800MM in loans of various property types and stages.In this role, I apply my analytical and presentation skills to assess the credit risk, collateral strength, and financial worthiness of loan transactions and borrowers. I also use my independent judgement to identify risks and mitigants, and to prepare offerings that meet the needs and expectations of both PNC and its clients.
