As a Regional Director of Operations, I oversee the operational excellence and financial performance of multiple venues that offer a unique and immersive entertainment experience. I leverage my 20+ years of hospitality, restaurant, and large scale organizational leadership experience to build great teams and people development, and to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.I am passionate about creating and delivering best-in-class service and hospitality for our guests, and supporting the growth and expansion of brands that I lead. I partner with the General Managers, Directors, and other leaders to ensure flawless execution of standards, processes, and systems, and to foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and innovation. I also work with the community and the corporate office to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships, and to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
