Serving as Global Chief Operating Officer for Ronald McDonald House - a global provider of essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. In addition to having led the effort to develop the Ronald McDonald House Global System’s first strategic framework (including its new vision, mission, purpose, values, and strategic priorities), currently overseeing strategy and operations across 260 chapters (each a registered non-profit) in more than 60 countries and regions in pursuit of four 2030 Bold Ambitions:1. Making family centered-care more the standard of care around the world2. Doubling the number of families served (serving 1.2 million families/year and meeting 63% of global demand)3. Meeting top unmet needs of families (including providing 1 meal per day in each of our Houses and access to mental health support services)4. Sustaining System revenue above $1bn USD Leading a +30-person team responsible for the System’s-Global long-term strategy and annual strategic plans to advance the mission and achieve our bold ambitions (e.x. global demand forecasting, growth modeling, goal setting, prioritization, strategic planning processes, and initiative development)-Licensing, approvals, operating standards, policies, and procedures across all global programs including approx Ronald McDonald Houses, Family Rooms, Care Mobiles, and local programs including standards, infectious disease protocols, safety, sustainability, etc-Plans for global Chapter growth and expansion-Multi-year global agendas for research, data and insights, program evaluation, advocacy, and innovation-Overseeing global People initiatives including Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Learning & Development.
