As a Program Manager with 12 years of experience ranging from Web Production for ESPN.com, Site Management for Microsoft.com and managing Digital Rights Management software for PopCap.com. I’ve gotten my hands dirty in a little bit of everything. I’ve worked at startups, large companies and somewhere in between, I’ve had good managers, bad managers and managed a team myself. Driving and partnering with others towards a common goal, establishing roadmaps, making sure clear lines of communication are established, designing wireframes and when necessary jump in and write some code for prototypes or test a build are a few of the areas that I really enjoy about being a jack of all trades Program Manager.
